Evening Calm Body Scan and Breathwork
The perfect moment to support letting go of the day and creating an evening calm to support a better nights sleep. Settle into your home space, in your comfy clothes, and with your day done prepare for a better nights sleep.
The practice will consist of 5 minute opening, 20 minute guided breathwork and meditation, and 5 minutes for closing. This is your session so it is best to have a place of quietness, a yoga mat, cushions and blankets.

Learn Face Massage
Can we “get rid” of wrinkles naturally? Many a woman’s dream right? Maybe not, but we can learn to soften and soothe them and at the same time release much of the tension and stress that is so apparent in our face.
We will be moving those face and neck muscles, scrubbing that skin, learning some face anatomy and then applying the massage techniques to soothe it all out.
